"Super easy to use"
I found what I needed quickly, and the pages loaded without any hassle. The search was simple too, who wants to waste time figuring out how to find something, right?

"Solid source for academic research"
I’ve used brill a few times for research, and overall it’s been dependable. The articles feel well put together and credible, not like random things you’d find floating around online. The site can take a little getting used to, but once I find what I need, the content is usually really helpful for papers

"Delivery was late and I felt ignored"
Checkout was easy enough, but the order showed up later than they said it would. I also got the impression nobody actually read my message when I reached out, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Support was alright, but slower than I expected"
I kind of had a feeling support would take a while, the two-day wait pretty much confirmed that for me. They did eventually reply and helped sort things out, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, just not very quick.

"Useful, but I kept thinking about the price"
I did find some helpful stuff on Brill, so it’s not like it was a total waste or anything, but the pricing kept bugging me. Every time I used it, I felt like I was paying quite a bit and still running into limits, which is frustrating. It’s not terrible, and I can see how some people might get good use out of it, but for me the value just didn’t really add up

"Good range of subjects, but I’m hoping it keeps improving"
I like that it covers most of the topics I need, and the range is solid overall. That said, if they don’t keep adding more depth or subjects I use regularly, I could see myself looking elsewhere.

"Still can't get into what I just paid for"
I bought digital access recently it’s been really frustrating. I was hoping to use it right away, but it never worked for me at all. Since this just happened, it definitely left a bad impression.
